WHAT'S FOR DESSERT TUESDAY


STRAWBERRY FLUFF

1 Angel food cake cut into 1" cubes
2 small packages sugar-free strawberry jello
3 cups boiling water
8 oz. cool whip
1 pint frozen strawberries, thawed and drained (save the juice)
Dissolve jello into boiling water. Cool. When firm, whip until light and fluffy. In large bowl fold together whipped jello, cool whip, angel food cake, and strawberries. Put into 9x13 glass dish. Chill until set.
Topping:
1 cup strawberry juice
1 ½ TBS. cornstarch
Heat strawberry juice and cornstarch over stove top until thickened. Set aside and let cool. When cool, pour on top of chilled cake.
