MONEY SAVING TIP #3

Money saving tip #3:

Give the gift of coupons

Utilize your skills, sometimes your job skills make the perfect gift. For instance, if you're a massage therapist, give a massage. If you're a hairdresser, offer a family haircutting day. For those new parents in the family, offer a night or two of free babysitting. If you're handy around the house, give a coupon for home repair service. Just be careful not to over promise. You don't want to be remembered for giving a gift and not delivering.A good idea for grandparents is to give a coupon for a home cooked meal and your company. If your grandparents or parents can no longer drive, offer to drive them around for a couple of days running errands or shopping. They will love the thoughtful gift and the precious time spent with you

MONEY SAVING TIP #2

Money saving tip #2: Shop after 6pm the day before a big sale.
Experts say special discounts usually get put into the system early, and you can beat the crowds. However, not all large stores follow this practice. And when it comes to sales, always head straight for the clearance rack where you can find amazing bargains. You may have to dig a little but the savings will be well worth your time. We all know the day after Thanksgiving sales can save big bucks. But if you don't feel like battling the Black Friday crowds, and you can wait, shop Christmas Eve. Sales are amazing and the crowds are smaller.
