THE 222ND BIRTHDAY OF THE CONSTITUTION!
The signing of the U.S. Constitution on September 17, 1787, by 39 of the Founding Fathers of the United States is one of the most important and influential events in American history, establishing the many rights and freedoms "We the People" enjoy today.
Today, exactly 222 years later, we celebrate
"Constitution Day"
in recognition of the importance of the Constitution to our country, our form of government, and all who were born or have become U.S. citizens.
