it's a pleasant, sunny day. We did have some rain tonight and yes we needed it badly. .
I am thinking...
About the time I will spend with GrandChildren today....My 15 year old Granddaughter wants her hair cut... trimmed, whatever they do to it. They start to school this following week, and I need to get the budget to where I can help with some school clothes.... Oh uniforms would be so nice...
I am thankful for...
being in a position where we can help others with problems to a certain extend... God has been good to us.... We are not rich, but we are happy and comfy.
In the computer room...,
Have been busy organizing for the school year... Reading some books and doing reviews on them.. Have an idea floating in the ole brain for a short short story... Will see where it takes me.
In the kitchen...
There is some smell of some chicken we had for supper. Always the linging aroma of my Wayne's Coffee.
I am wearing...
Jeans and blouse and of course bare footed.... When I have days of teaching... I will have to say come on shoes.
I am creating... fill in papers for when I teach, and students finish their assignments... I try to keep some FUN pages to finish out the time....
I am going...
not for real but in my mind.... TO NYC.... a group of ladies I know are trying to throw together a trip... I know my Sister and I would love too.... BUT.... it will be in December and I fear the expenses just will not serve the purpose this year....
I am hoping...
that the smooth things continue to run smooth and the rough spots get softer...
My plans for the rest of the week...
Take it ONE DAY AT A TIME..... and hope for the best...
