My DaybookOutside my window… I hear the sounds of the world waking up... the birds are starting to sing... People are busy heading here and there.. I hear the sound of someone getting an early start on their mowing.
I am thinking… of all I have to do today. Granddaughter headed off to another Youth camp thus this week Grandma gets to watch my Grandson... I have to pick them up from home... Pick up last minute supplies and then get her to the church to leave on time. Then Grandson and I will be back at house doing stuff around Home...
From the kitchen… the smell of coffee brewing... the smell of chicken we had for lunch...
I am wearing… Mellow shirt and jeans and of course since home, I am barefoot..
I am creating… Even tho I am semi retiring this year, I will be doing some teaching. Thus is time to start getting my ideas together for those times that the teacher forgets to leave us something to do. I always like to have something fun to fill in the day too.. Amazing how the older students really do like to solve riddles...
I am going… to see if Grandma can find something fun for us to do this week... So hot out..
I am reading… Sullivan's Island by Dorothea Benton Frank.
I am hearing… the sound of TV... and giggling from a 10 year old...
Around the House...need to go though and do some spot cleaning... just to say I did...
One of my favorite things… the Quiet relaxing time of the evening...
A few plans for the rest of the week... maybe a movie with the little one.... some game planning for the grandson.... Clean my office.... do some writing... reading...
