How Blog Advertising Works

Thursday December 18, 2008

Since becoming interested in computing in 1994, I have always wanted to find something that I could do from home using my computer when my retirement age slipped up on me. I will only be 62 in September but have decided to take my retirement at that time. I do a lot of substitute teaching, but I want something to subsidize my off time. (snow days, holidays, summer vacations).

Writing has always been a passion of mine. I find myself sitting and just writing my thoughts. Clipping articles on self-help, etc. One day I happened upon blogs and instantly knew this was the place for me. I could find things that interest me on the internet and share with my friends. If I am feeling overly joyful, I can write about that… in time when I need a friend, I can write and within a few hours, I have friends cheering me up. If there was certain information, I needed, there it was...

Recently, a friend online introduced me to doing reviews. She does reviews products that she actually uses. She can be for them or against them… just give a good honest opinion. A couple of days ago I ran into a site
PAYINGPOST, one of the latest paid blog advertising sites. Blog advertising refers to advertisements posted on the pages of the blogs. Sponsorship is a new avenue for bloggers to participate in; when a blogger makes a post, they target certain key works geared towards certain advertisers. We, as Bloggers write our blogs as we normally would do, mentioning the sponsor we are endorsing. I know this works since I myself have bought products online from advertisements I have seen on the Blogs I read. Many bloggers use this form of advertising to sell their own homemade items.

The question is not only HOW it works
but to state the fact that it DOES indeed work.

PAYINGPOST is a very user friendly that helps you make money from blogging. Do not wait a minute longer, log onto PAYINGPOST and sign up today. Do you know that they also have a new layout? It is very eye catching and appealing to the eye.

TO QUOTE:” this one is much cleaner, easier to use, intuitive and… stylish.”

  1. Good for you. I wouldn't be able to find the time to do this and I did vow not to do PPP when I started blogging. Then it's work and that is a four letter word.

    Have fun. Big hug. :)

  2. Interesting concept. I just don't know if it's for me. How does it work? Do you get paid for the number of outclicks?
