Do the Holidays bring increased pain and fatigue?

All of us want to spend the holidays focused on joyous moments spent with family and friends. However, if you’re one of the millions of Americans suffering from Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue, the hustle and bustle of the holidays can cause an increase in pain and fatigue.

Set aside 15 minutes this holiday season to take some positive steps toward a more healthful 2009 and get back to focusing on what’s most important in your life.

  1. You are such a helpful blessing, love you.

  2. What a wonderful post. Folks just need to be reminded of what is out there, especially this time of year.

Have a terrific day. Big hug. :)

  3. Thanks for the comments, this is a serious condition that not many understand... It can be quite painful and put one in a depression when the Dr. you go to says he can't do anything.
