"In a world given to violence, the concept of gentleness is most welcome.
There is peace in the heart of a gentle person, a calmness that brings peace to the hearts of those around him.
Married persons long for that quality in their mates.
Businesspeople appreciate a gentle spirit in negotiations.
Church meetings run more smoothly when a spirit of gentleness is present.
Jesus was gentle. Did this rob Him of manliness? NO.
True manliness and true femininity is gentlenness because it is power under control.
The Bible calls us to be gentle in our dealings with others, not only because it is kind and right but because it is modeling one of the characteristics of Christ.

""WHILE WE MAY EXPECT GOD TO SPEAK WITH THUNDER,
HE OFTENS SPEAKS WITH A GENTLE WHISPER.
GENTLENESS STOPS QUARRELS.GENTLENESS
AND FORGIVENESS GO HAND IN HAND."
A forgiving spirit is a gentle spirit."

I was gifted a couple of months back by gentleness from a complete stranger. I was waiting in the waiting room while My Wayne was having heart surgery. I had just spoken to my Mother on the phone and she mentioned she was so sorry I was there waiting alone. I no sooner hung up the phone as a very nice little ole lady came in and sat next to me. She kept patting my hand to say all would be okay and she took a blanket and rolled it to put on arm of chair for me to rest my arm as she could tell it was bothering me.(I had just had shoulder surgery). Shortly after the Dr came in to say all had gone well and show me the picture they took of the heart. The lady sat up and listened to all the Dr had to say, looked at picture. Told me See all is well... She picked up her belongs and left....It all happened so fast, I did not see which way she went or get to say good bye and thank you.... God sends us Gentleness when we need it... I just hope where ever she is today she knows how much I appreciated her gentleness and I say Thank you...and God Bless.
Have a Blessed Day
